User Troubleshooting Tips

Guidance for users on troubleshooting Preava Prevent.

  1. Confirm Preava Prevent is not blocking the email from being sent because of unaddressed risks per these instructions (i.e. that the risks have either been approved or removed from the email).
  2. Restart/reload Outlook.
  3. Confirm you have a stable high-speed internet connection.
  4. If you're using Outlook on the Web, ensure cookies are enabled.
  5. Contact your IT support.
  6. Remove the the Outlook Add-in by following these instructions and notify your IT support accordingly. (This option may have been disabled by your IT administrator.)
