Information to Provide When Experiencing Issues
When contacting support to help troubleshoot a user issue, please be sure to include the following for fastest possible resolution.
- Email addresses of affected users (required).
- Date and time (and timezone) of the last known occurrence for each user (required).
- A description of the issues, including whether they're one-off or persistent (required).
- Email subject line where each user's issue was noted.
- When available, any diagnostic information displayed in the add-in (i.e. TID, AID, RID).
