Who Can Access the Knowledge Base?

Access to the knowledge base is available to the following groups:
  • Paying Customers: If your organization has purchased a Preava solution.
  • Current Proof of Concept (POC) or Trial Customers: If you're actively exploring Preava’s solutions during a trial period.

How to Request Access

If you fall into one of the categories above and need access to the knowledge base, you can request access by:
  1. Emailing our Support Team: Send an email to our support team at support@preava.com. Please provide your name, company, and mention that you’d like access to the knowledge base.
  2. Contact your Sales Representative: If you are communicating with a Preava sales representative, they can assist you in requesting access.
Once your request is received and verified, you will be provided with full access to our knowledge base.
